What kinds of items do you sell?

Our first collection features acrylic keychains, stickers, and buttons — each with original designs. More haunted treasures are coming soon!

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days from Texas, USA. You’ll get a confirmation email when your package is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, ARTPHANTOM only ships within the United States. Our ghosts aren’t ready to cross oceans just yet — but we hope to expand our haunt worldwide in the future 👻✨

How are items packaged?

Each ghost is carefully packaged in its own Phantom Vault or safety veil along with its special lore and summoning card to keep it safe along its journey.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the handmade and limited nature of our items, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or normal wear.

How do I care for my ARTPHANTOM items?

Avoid prolonged water exposure, store away from sharp objects, and handle with care. Even ghosts need a little TLC.
